Prototyping is a crucial step in the journey of product development.
Predicting potential design issues before the prototyping stage can be complex, and postponing prototyping to later stages can result in wasted resources. That’s why we grant our clients early access to prototyping services during the initial phases of the product development process.
With our prototype service, clients get a ‘first look’ at their product in its early stages, enabling them to make necessary adjustments before investing in precision tooling. This approach mitigates the risk of financial losses stemming from inaccurate tooling, significantly reducing expenses.
Our partners are available to provide support for the production of prototype parts through methods such as SLS, SLA, 3D Printing, or casting from silicon moulds or aluminium tools, ideal for preproduction runs. In addition, we maintain FDM and SLS 3D printing facilities at our University of Lincoln location.
